OCCUPIED Home Staging Packages
For our occupied staging packages, we work with clients existing furnishings and accessories and also bring in additional staging items inclusive of rugs, artwork, lamps, cushions, throws, bedding and other decor items. Larger furnishings, such as sofas, end tables, dining tables and chairs may sometimes be required in occupied home staging and are provided when needed. The packages below include the rental of all items required for staging the home for a term of 30 days.

These packages include sourcing, design, installation, and rental of items on a monthly basis.
Delivery costs of large furnishings are not included in this price and will be included in the final quote.
